KUES (Koç Üniversitesi – Esas) Center for Alternative Investments PhD Scholarship (with a duration of 5 years)

Koç University – Esas (KUES) Center for Alternative Investments offers PhD positions in various areas of alternative investments spanning private equity, venture capital, real estate, strategic asset allocation, and wealth management. We are seeking passionate talents with the potential to be high-achieving researchers who will contribute to our center’s dedication to cutting-edge research and academic excellence.  

Being the first center in Türkiye with a focus on Alternative Investments, KUES’ mission is to bring together academics, investors, students, practitioners, and policymakers, and enhance awareness as well as generate and disseminate knowledge in the fields of private equity, venture capital, real estate, strategic asset allocation, and wealth management in the region.

The core faculty members of our PhD program hail from the College of Administrative Sciences and Economics (CASE) and the Graduate School of Business (GSB). This PhD program aims to facilitate the exploration of the theory and practice of Alternative Investments. By gaining academic knowledge in this PhD program, the Center’s PhD students will play a vital role in driving the research agenda of KUES, and serve as an invaluable source of support to strengthen KUES’ mission and long-term goals.

KUES PhD Scholarship offers the following benefits:
